How to reduce your weight naturally at home easily



Now a days, we saw many posts and supplements for weight loss. I'm not against supplements but I'm against those supplements which give bad impact on your body.

So today we will tell you, how to reduce your weight naturally without taking any supplements.


Start taking Protein food in your diet:

we gain our weight because whenever we eat, we eat until we feel full, due to which we gain our weight and fat too much in our body.

If we start taking protein in our diet then it will reverse the process, means by eating protein in low quantity we feel full and more energetic than when we eat more food without protein.

We saw many people eating only one or two eggs in morning but they are more energetic then those who took stomach up breakfast. It is because of the protein which was present in the eggs, due to which eating only 2 eggs we feel full and energetic.

Food which are protein rich: Eggs, Almonds, Chicken Breast, Oats, Cottage cheese, Milk, etc

Avoid processed food as much as you can:

Processed food generally contains high in added sugar, fat and calories.

Processed food are made to make you addictive of it. Because they have some ingredients which make you addictive of it if you eat it even for short period of time.

Not all processed food are bad, some example of health processed food are: Yogurt, Frozen Veggies, Chickpeas and Canned Beans, etc

Make a stock of healthy food and snack at home:

Whenever we feel hungry, we use to eat snacks or food which was available at home. Generally we have stock of food or snack like 2 minute noodles, Chips, etc. Which are unhealthy and can increase your weight easily,

But if you have stock of Healthy food and snacks you will eat them whenever you feel empty. Which will make you feel full and energetic.

Some example of it are: Dry fruits, Nuts, Yogurt, vegetables like carrot, etc

Reduce sugar intake:

Sugar will act like a slow poison, if we will not control its limit. Sugar is the key ingredient to increase your weight. It will not only increase your weight but can turn into severe diseases like Diabetes, Heart disease and even can turn into a Cancer.

So to control our weight we have to control the intake of sugar, Sugar is present in many products which we consume without even realizing of it.

On every processed food pack, there is a ingredient list mention at the back side of the box, on that list their are many ingredients and many of them contains sugar. Which means sugar is not only individually present in any food but it also present in the form of its ingredients.

So minimize your sugar and it will help you to minimize your weight.

We also suggest you to drink beverage like coffee and tea without adding sugar into it, because tea and coffee helps in reducing weight.

Drinking water:

We have listen from our parents or grand parents to drink more and more water. Why so?

A study says that drinking more water will not only helps in digestion but also helps to reduce your weight.

Water helps in reduce your calories, this is the reason why Doctor suggest to drink water before meals.

So in place of drinking cold drinks and other beverages which have liquid calories, Drink water as much as you can to reduce your weight and to get a slim body.

Some beverages (with liquid calories) which should be avoided to drink to reduce your weight are: sugary soft drinks, fruit juices, chocolate milk and energy drinks.

Decrease the consumption of Refined Carbs:

Refined carbs means the carbs which are refined, due to which the beneficent nutrients and fibers are removed which helps in providing energy to your body and helps in reducing your weight

By refining food the only thing left is easily digestive carbs, which will increase the risk of overeating and diseases.

Some sources of refined carbs are: Sodas, white bread, Pastries, sweets, pasta etc.
